Hello and welcome. I am a qualified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, based in Menstrie, only a few miles from Stirling. The practice is within easy travelling distance of Stirling, Perth, Dunblane, Glasgow, Falkirk, Edinburgh. Ideally located for anyone seeking therapy in Central Scotland.

During our coaching sessions I work with you on a one to one basis, normally face to face, with phone and email support between sessions. You will find me fully supportive of you throughout and the sessions will be planned, structured and totally confidential. As a Life Coach I'm a great listener and I will try my best to understand things from your point of view so we can work together to achieve your aims.
