Hello and welcome

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Life Coach working in Menstrie, just a few miles from Stirling.  My practice is within easy travelling distance of Falkirk, Perth, Alloa, Glasgow and Edinburgh.  Ideally located for anyone seeking a therapist in Central Scotland.

Having trained as a hypnoanalyst with the Hypnotherapy Control Board which is Europe's largest Hypnotherapy School, I am a member of the International Association of Hypno-Analysts (MIAH) and you can be assured that I will provide you with excellent care and attention, with full confidentially at all times.

Using either suggestion or analytical hypnotherapy or CBT therapy I will be able to help you with problems or symptoms you may have. For example, smoking, anxiety or depression, OCD, panic attacks, exam nerves or fear of flying are just some of the many symptoms I can help you with.
